exploit + sac same card?

can i cast a card example Minister of Pain when he enters the battlefield i sac him to trigger the exploit? will this work?

Yes.
Exploit just requires you to sacrifice a creature and so you can choose to sacrifice the creature that has the exploit itself. This means you can play a creature with exploit even if you don't have any other creatures on the battlefield and still benefit from the exploit.

Exploit triggers when the creature enters the battlefield. Sacrificing a creature is the optional cost presented to you as the exploit ability resolves. You don't sacrifice the creature to trigger exploit.
