Experiment Kraj, Planeswalkers, and removing +1/+1 counters.

So you have an Experiment Kraj and some way of making planeswalkers into creatures (let's say Mycosynth Lattice + March of the Machines). I know if you have counters on each planeswalker, you can still only activate one loyalty ability...but what if you tap experiment kraj to put a counter on one planeswalker, then use Power Conduit to move that counter over to the other planeswalker? The comp rules say:

"306.5d Each planeswalker has a number of loyalty abilities, which are activated abilities with loyalty symbols in their costs. Loyalty abilities follow special rules: A player may activate a loyalty ability of a permanent he or she controls any time he or she has priority and the stack is empty during a main phase of his or her turn, but only if none of that permanents loyalty abilities have been activated that turn. See rule 606, 'Loyalty Abilities.'"

So does the game say "at some point during this turn a loyalty ability this permanent had was activated" and not let you activate the ability, or does it say "this permanent does not have any loyalty abilities that have been activated during this turn" and let you activate another loyalty ability?

Unfortunately this doesn't work as well as you want.

The game says that each object can only activate one loyalty ability per turn. When Experiment Kraj gains an ability and/or loses an ability it does not become a new object. So you can only activate the one loyalty ability per turn unless you make him a new object by flickering him or making him change zones some other way.

I don't understand what you're asking. Neither Experiment Kraj nor Power Conduit interacts with loyalty counters.

Well, I suppose you could use a + ability to give Kraj loyalty counters, then move them with a card like Fate Transfer or Leech Bonder. That would let you add more counters to the planeswalker and still activate an ability that turn.

Either way, a once a turn ability can still be used by the original permanent if Kraj has already used it. This applies to both planeswalkers in your example, as well as regular creatures like Akki Avalanchers.

Thanks lordoftheshadows. Was just wondering if the question was "does this permanent currently have any loyalty abilities that have been activated during this turn" or "has a loyalty ability that this permanent had at some point this turn been activated". Thanks!
