Eternal Dominion & Sen Triplets

You have Sen Triplets already out. Cast Eternal Dominion, next turn the epic effect goes off. Can you still play other people's cards from their hands? Will that get around the epic effect since it's technically not you?

No.

First off, the epic effect is immediate, not next turn. You get the benefits of the spell the next turn, but the restriction of not being able to cast anything is immediate upon resolution.

Secondly, Triplets specifies that "you can play cards from that player's hand", bolded for emphasis. This is different from just Mindslavering an opponent - with triplets, you are doing the casting and using your own mana to do it.
