Yes, your Titan will also be destroyed. Crux of Fate destroys all effected creatures simultaneously, there is no point where Erebos's Titan is on the battlefield and your opponent's creatures are not.

Now, if it was Austere Command and the caster selected the modes "Destroy all creatures with CMC 3 or less" and "Destroy all creatures with CMC 4 or more" and your opponents only controlled creatures with CMC 3 or less Erebos's Titan would survive because it does those effects separately and in the order that they're printed on the card.

I noticed that your last two questions deal with similar situations. Although we definitely encourage you to ask questions whenever you need clarification on anything, remember that learning the concepts is what will help you become a better player.

In this case, we're dealing with two situations in which creatures are destroyed simultaneously. Cards like Crux of Fate and Languish apply their effects to all creatures at the same time. Anything that would be destroyed or otherwise die at that time is. You don't "stagger" or "prioritize" certain creatures. If the card does affect different objects at different times, the wording will make that explicit. The above example of Austere Command illustrates this point well.
