Equipment and regeneration

If an equipped creature is regenerated like lot let troll, does it regenerate with the equipment or uneqipped?

Yes, the creature remains equipped. Regenerating a creature does only the following things:
Removes all damage marked on it
Taps it
Removes it from combat
Any auras or equipment attached to the regenerated creature will remain attached.

Being equipped or not doesn't affect regeneration. Regeneration stops a creature from dying to lethal damage or destroy effects, taps it, and removes it from combat if applicable.
If you're asking if a mass board wipe like Planar Cleansing would save the Swiftfoot Boots if you regenerated the Troll, then no, it wouldn't.
