Eminence and morphing

Does the eminence ability of The Ur-Dragon reduce the cost of morphing a Dragon creature such as Herdchaser Dragon?

"702.36c To cast a card using its morph ability, turn it face down. It becomes a 2/2 face-down creature card with no text, no name, no subtypes, and no mana cost. Any effects or prohibitions that would apply to casting a card with these characteristics (and not the face-up cards characteristics) are applied to casting this card."

Eminence on The Ur-Dragon applies only to dragon spells. Casting a dragon face down with megamorph means you'll actually be casting a 2/2 with no types. Therefore, it won't be a dragon and won't be affected by eminence. But based on the rule, it seems that effects that could apply to a typeless creature (like maybe Heartless Summoning) would successfully reduce the cost.

Its cost would be reduced if it somehow had a creature type, such as due to Arcane Adaptation. The big issue is casting it face down is denying your opponent information. There's no way (within the game rules) for them to verify it's a dragon, so the game has to assume it's not.
