No, Privileged Position has a colour identity of White and Green, while Athreos, God of Passage allows only White and Black.

Color identity includes all colored mana symbols in a card's cost and in its text box (except for symbols in reminder text), all color indicators, and all characteristic-defining abilities.

Remember also that hybrid mana symbols are both of their colors. So is both green and white.

Because Athreos, God of Passage's color identity is black/white and Privileged Position's color identity is green/white, you can't include Privileged Position in a deck using Athreos, God of Passage as your commander.

However, Commander is, first and foremost, a social format. You can always check with your playgroup to see if they'll allow it locally.
