Drana's emissary and Multiplayer games, triggers multiple times?

Is Drana's Emissary's trigger put on the stack mutliple times in a multiplayer game where there are multiple opponents? Or is all the lifeloss/gain handled in 1 trigger?

There are cards that say "each opponent loses 1 life and you gain that much life" and cards that say "each opponent loses 1 life and you gain 1 life", and the keyword here is "each," because when the trigger occurs, it targets all opponents, meaning that you would only get 1 resolution from the trigger. Does that make sense?

"Each" does not target. Only spells and abilities that specifically use the word "target" have targets.

It will only trigger once per upkeep and simultaneously cause each opponent to lose 1 life and you will gain 1.
