Does Zedruu and True Believer able to be passed?

I was wondering if you could have Zedruu the Greathearted transfer True Believer to an opponent. I believe not but I want to make entirely sure.

Nothing prevents you from giving True Believer to your opponent. But as soon as Zedruu's ability has resolved, this opponent has shroud and you won't be able to target him/her with Zedruu anymore.
