Vesuva has a copy effect that serves as a replacement effect; it modifies how Vesuva enters the battlefield. If you copy Lotus Vale, Lotus Vale's own replacement effect also applies. You'll need to either sacrifice two untapped lands or put Lotus Vale into its owner's graveyard.
Note that because Lotus Vale's sacrifice ability is part of a replacement effect, you have to make the choice before Lotus Vale enters the battlefield. If you choose not to sacrifice the lands, then you put Vesuva into its owner's graveyard instead of onto the battlefield.
