Does Utvara Hellkite ability plus Dragon Tempest cause an unending token generator and attack phase?

Utvara Hellkite, dragon broodmate and dragon tempest are all on the field. I attack with broodmate dragon and utavara hellkites ability activates, putting a 6/6 flying dragon token in play. This activates both abilities of dragon tempest. The first being creatures with flying have haste. If I attack with the token, I should get another token with haste, and then keep repeating right?

No. All attacking creatures have to be declared at the same time. Utvara Hellkite's ability triggers on the declaration of attack, so once the tokens are created it's too late for them to attack even though they have haste.
