Does Turn to Frog change my devotion?

I'm pretty sure the answer is no, but the gatherer entries don't help me and I can't find it in the Comp. Rules...
If I cast Gray Merchant of Asphodel and my opponent casts Turn to Frog on my Phylactery Lich do I bleed them for two or five?

Yeah, I didn't do that but it does give you that option.

Just had to search the questions. The list of similar questions is a useful feature that I didn't notice until now. Thanks guys.
The answer is the devotion is unaffected as the printed mana cost doesn't change, just it's color and p/t.
