Does the Mycosynth Lattice + March of the Machines combo cause all my lands to go to the graveyard?

I want to make my deck really powerful so I want to make all my stuff to be artifact creatures. If the combo does cause my lands to be put in the graveyard I will need to know so I can take it out of my deck. If you need to see my deck for a better idea of what I am talking about my deck is Sliver Craze (Remastered). All help is appreciated.

The combo will turn all lands (yours and your opponents) into 0/0 artifact creature lands. This will likely result in all of them being put into the grave and no further spells ever being cast, but anthem effects may stop this. Null Rod can achieve a similar effect with Mycosynth Lattice as lands will no longer be able to be tapped for mana.
