does Teferi's Ageless Insight stack with Alhammarret's Archive?

or would i still only draw two cards with them both in play under my control?

Yes, Alhammarret's Archive and Teferi's Ageless Insight do stack. You will draw four cards (outside of your draw for your draw step).
Both of the effects of the Archive and Insight are replacement effects. You choose which to apply first (it doesn't matter in this example because they do the same thing). That replaces a draw of 1 with a draw of 2. Then the other can still apply to let you draw 4. Importantly, this is all the event, so you can't apply either replacement effect more than once.
To be clear, since you're drawing the card, you get to order the replacement effects as you see fit. Most of the time you don't need to worry about this, but there are some key cards that might affect your decisions, namely Alms Collector, Notion Thief, and Laboratory Maniac. However, I won't go bore you with a rules tangent.
