Does taking control of a creature cause it to re-enter the battlefield?

If I take control of a creature with Yasova Dragonclaw does that cause it to re-enter on my side of the battlefield and trigger my Warstorm Surge for example?

no, it's not entering the battlefield when you gain control of it, it's staying on the battlefield, it's just on your side of the field now
