Does Sundial remove or only delay "until end of turn" effects?

Does Sundial of the Infinite remove "until end of turn" effects or delay them to take effect at the end of the next turn?

Say, I play Abeyance and then activate Sundial of the Infinite at the beginning of the end step, the Abeyance effect will still be active on the opponents turn. Will I have to activate Sundial of the Infinite again to keep the Abeyance effect in play?

Same case with Act of Treason: Can I gain permanent control of target creature or do I have to activate Sundial of the Infinite each turn to not loose control?

Sundial of the Infinite's reminder text states that until-EOT effects end.

It does end the until-EOT effects; however, one interesting interaction to note is that Sundial of the Infinite can be used to prevent "at the beginning of the next end step" effects from resolving. For example when you make a copy of a creature with Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker on your turn, the delayed trigger to sacrifice it goes on the stack at the beginning of your next end step, you can then activate Sundial of the Infinite to "exile" that ability from the stack, which prevents you from having to sacrifice the token creature.

Not sure that if directly applies to your question, but I thought it might help in deciding some card choices if you wanted to use the Sundial!

could the sundial's ability prolong Kiora, the Crashing Wave +1 ability indefinitely?

@arcoffer: No. That ability's effect ends when your turn begins.
