Does Sanguine Bond and Exquisite Blood make an infinite loop?

Does Sanguine Bond and Exquisite Blood make an infinite loop of health gain and health loss?
If I have both enchantments on the battlefield, and my opponent loses 5 life, due to whatever source, I then gain 5 life, due to Exquisite Blood. This much I understand. However, because of Sanguine Bond, My opponent looses an additional 5 life.
Does it stop there?
Or does Exquisite Blood trigger again, thus triggering Sanguine Bond again, and so on, and so on, until the opponent is dead?

The abilities trigger each other until the loop is broken (typically by a player losing the game or by one enchantment being destroyed). If for some reason an opponent can't lose the game due to life loss (e.g., Platinum Angel), then the loop is actually infinite and causes a draw unless someone stops it.

Yes, it's an infinite loop. Both are triggered abilities and trigger whenever their condition is met, and the result of one trigger triggers the other.
