can Parallel Lives interact with creatures like Blastoderm that has the fading "ability" or is it exclusive to tokens that would be put on the battlefield?

Doubling Season affects counters however.
If you meant to ask about Doubling Season, then I believe that yes, it will enter with double the fade counters.

Blastoderm has nothing to do with tokens, only fade counters. Therefore, Parallel Lives has no effect whatsoever on anything to do with Blastoderm.
