Does Lazav, the Multifarious stay buffed until end of turn?

I have Wall of Blood in my graveyard and my commander Lazav, the Multifarious is on the battlefield. I use his ability to make him into a copy for 3 colorless. Then I pay 21 life and give Lazav +21/+21 until end of turn.

If I then make Lazav into a copy of Ornithopter for 0 and swing, will it keep the +21/+21 until EOT and deal lethal commander damage, or will Lazav's power and toughness revert to 0/2?

The buff persists until the end of the turn even if he copies something else.
