Does Grand Abolisher stop activation of Archangel of Tithes by opponents during an my attack?
Eg. Because they cant activate an ability of creatures.

I believe Tithe's abilities are triggered abilities (might even be considered static abilities?), not activated abilities. You aren't paying a cost to activate them, they simply are or are not based on what you do with Tithes. So Abolisher will not work.

An activated ability is an ability written in the form "[cost]: [effect]."

A triggered ability is an ability written in the form "[at/when/whenever] [event], [effect]."

Archangel of Tithes has neither. All of its abilities are static abilities. It happens that two of them have conditions on them, but that doesn't make them activated or triggered abilities.

Grand Abolisher doesn't interfere with Archangel of Tithes.

The card of Tithes could be seen as it as a triggered ability that gives your opponents a chance to use an an activated ability. The word "pay" indicates an activation cost to complete an effect.

Whats you thoughts?

Incorrect.

As I explained, activated abilities and triggered abilities have defined forms. Magic is not a game of "could be seen as"; things are, or they are not.

Further, not all payments are tied to activated abilities. A triggered ability can have an optional or mandatory cost associated with it; if this is the case, the cost is paid as the ability resolves.

In this case, though, we have static abilities that create costs to attack or block. These costs are calculated and paid after attackers or blockers are declared. They are not part of any activated or triggered ability.

I'm not offended at all. I was merely referring back to my previous post because I was intentional about the explanation; Magic is a highly technical game where distinctions in wording and formatting actually make quite a difference.
