No, as Champion needs to be on the field already for the ability to be able to trigger

Actually, when multiple permanents enter the battlefield at the same time, they each see all the others entering. In this case, each Champion will see all the others enter the battlefield and they will all get 3 +1/+1 counters.

KrosanTusker is correct. If multiple permanents enter the battlefield simultaneously, they all "see" each other entering, and any triggered abilities they have trigger appropriately.

Note that this only works for triggered abilities (which include "When", "Whenever", or "At"). Abilities that create replacement effects do not see the other creatures entering. For example, if you used Immortal Servitude to get back a Clone and another 4 mana creature, the Clone could not copy that other creature (but it could, of course, copy any other creature on the battlefield). This is because such effects apply before the creatures actually enters the battlefield, whereas triggered abilities first get a chance to trigger immediately as the creatures enter.
