Does Desecrated Tomb trigger when I shuffle my grave?

Does Desecrated Tomb trigger when I shuffle my grave using Enhanced Surveillance?

Aren't the creatures in my grave are moving to the library?

Thanks for the help!

Yes, it will trigger--Desecrated Tomb does not care where the card goes to, be it your library, your hand, the stack, exile, or the battlefield (I can't think of a card that moves something from the graveyard to Command zone, and know there are no cards that move cards from the Graveyard to Ante zone, but theoretically those would work as well).

Note, you only get one trigger--even if you have a dozen creatures, you'd still get one bat from Enhanced Surveillance.

If you allow your commander to goto the graveyard and then it would move zones you can put it into the command zone instead, and this will trigger Desecrated Tomb. Just to complete the list of zones. Though it isn't a single card. So it doesn't fit nicely in your list.

It should be noted that this only works with the commander if you let them go to the graveyard the first time (don't invoke the replacement effect that would put them in the command zone instead), then use the replacement effect if they would be exiled/shuffled/whatever later. Just to be clear on that.

Gisa and Geralf is a better example of moving to the stack, as Snapcaster Mage has a tough time moving creature cards there. Not an example of ante, but for another zone Tempest Efreet can trigger Desecrated Tomb by moving itself from your graveyard into your opponent's graveyard.

*Not an example of moving to the ante zone, definitely an example of an ante card.
