Does Cranial Plating change as more artifacts enter the field?

If I have Cranial Plating and attach it to a creature, then play an artifact after the fact, does that create get another +1/0 for the artifact played after the fact?

Yes, think of Cranial Plating as constantly scanning your part of the battlefield to check and update on how many artifacts you currently control. So, any artifact you play will increase its bonus; if the opponent kills another of your artifacts, the Plating will power down.
