do spells copied with zada triger prowess?

say i cast Titan's Strength on zada and i have 4 Monastery Swiftspears out, will they each get 5 prowess trigger
same question for Shrine of Burning Rage, would that same scenario add 5 charge counters on it?

Edit: The Monastery Swiftspears would all get 1 Prowess trigger only from the initial spell that is cast targeting Zada, Hedron Grinder.

No. It would not trigger any of them. If you read the Gatherer Rulings for Zada, Hedron Grinder, you'll find an entry that says the following:
8/25/2015 The copies that the ability creates are created on the stack, so theyre not cast. Abilities that trigger when a player casts a spell (like Zadas ability itself) wont trigger.
So, this means that Prowess abilities will not trigger, nor would Shrine of Burning Rage, as they both require something to be cast.
However, the Shrine of Burning Rage would trigger when you cast the initial spell that targets Zada, Hedron Grinder.
