Do multiple effects of proliferate stack?

If I have two Inexorable Tide on the battlefield, do they stack? Would I get to proliferate twice, essentially?

Yes. If you control two Inexorable Tides and you cast a spell, then both would trigger and go on the stack and resolve one after the other.
This is true of any two identical permanents that have a triggered ability. Like, if you have more than one Ageless Entity and gain life, you put counters on each as their respective triggered abilities resolve.
