Do I keep the creature with Metallurgic Summonings if I wipe the board?

Can I stack the trigger of Metallurgic Summonings to put the 5/5 creature into play after the board is wiped by Fumigate?

No. Also goes with engulf the shore. Sure, you make a 4/4. But then it's gone. (If the islands you have are 4+)A bit of a nombo in those instances, but still a great card.

No the trigger goes on top of the cast, and the token dies. But hey, you gain an extra life.
