Do i get to draw instead?

Ordeal of Thassa is a on a creature with 2 counters on it.Then i play Harness by Force and attack.Does ordeal fall off and I draw the two cards??

Kind of.

Your opponent still controls Ordeal of Thassa , and Ordeal of Thassa doesn't give any abilities to the enchanted creature. When the creature attacks, the Aura's ability will trigger, and your opponent will control the ability. He or she is the one that will sacrifice the Aura and draw the cards.
