do changeling counter exist now

so I was wondering if I can now give creatures changeling counters like I can with flying counters I think it would be a no but just had a thought about it and was wondering also is there anyway I can give creatures changeling prominently
To piggy back off of that, if an effect did grant changling, or even a changling counter, it wouldn't actually grant any creature types. This is because granting an ability occurs in the 6th layer, which it too late to grant creature types as that happens in the 4th layer. This is why cards that would grant changling instead grant all creature types (check Rhadamanthus' link).

I try to avoid choosing my own response when I do this, but in this case it seemed to be the most direct response to your original question. I want to point out that Neotrup's follow-up makes a very good point of why the game can't have "changeling" counters. They just wouldn't work properly within the current rules for how to determine an object's characteristics.

No, there isn't a way to give changeling counters right now. The only keyword counters that exist in the game are the ones that can be specifically created by the effects that give the counters. Nothing currently exists that gives a changeling counter.
There isn't anything that gives the changeling ability, specifically, but there are effects that can give a creature all creature types.
