descent of the Dragons and shaman of forgotten ways interaction

If you cast Descent of the Dragons targeting all your opponents creatures, can you activate Shaman of Forgotten Ways after the creatures are destroyed but before the Dragons enter the battlefield to win the game?

No. Players don't have priority during the resolution process, and you can't interrupt the resolution process to take other actions or to resolve anything else. Descent of Dragons will resolve completely before you are given priority.

There is not a point in time between Descent of the Dragons destroying the creatures you target and putting the dragon tokens into play where you can activate Shaman of the Forgotten Ways as no one gets priority during a spell resolving.
