Deathtouch with creature targeted effects/Rulings

Asked by Not_Sure 8 years ago

Being aware of there 404 error in the Rules Q&A section I apologize for any inconvenience for this thread being out of place.

If I enchant or grant Airdrop Condor or Prodigal Sorcerer for example, with Deathtouch, would the damage dealt from the cards' ability kill the creature I choose to target?

Does Deathtouch (Any amount of damage a creature with deathtouch deals to a creature is enough to destroy it.) only apply to combat damage between creatures, or is it literally any damage, as long as the damage source comes from a creature?

It does not say combat damage so it should. But I'm no expert.

Any amount of

DAMAGE

a creature with deathtouch deals to a creature is enough to destroy it.

it doesnt have to be combat.

also, this should be in Q&A.
