Deathcap cultivator deathtoutch ability

Hi everyone.
If I have 4 card types in my graveyard and a Deathcap Cultivator in there as well, if I delve it to cast Soulflayer, Soulflayer will get deathtouch as an ability?
1st ruling on Gatherer for Soulflayer

No - abilities only function on the battlefield unless an ability explicitly states other zones it works in (such as Bloodghast's). Deathcap Cultivator will never have deathtouch in your graveyard, regardless of the amount of card types in it.
