Darksteel Citadel + Ensoul Artifact + Scatter to the Winds

What do I end up with if I Ensoul Artifact a Darksteel Citadel then put three +1/+1 counters on it by using Scatter to the Winds' Awaken cost?

You end up with an Indestructible Artifact Creature Land - Elemental with base power 0/0, three +1/+1 counters, and total power/toughness of 3/3. If you then Flicker the Ensoul Artifact it will reset the base power/toughness to 5/5, keeping the three +3/+3 counters, and result in a total power/toughness of 8/8
