Damnation and Erebos's Titan

Does Titan of Erebos die? My question is if Damnation kills every creature an opponent (and you) control while Erebos's Titan is play, does it gain indestructible simultaneously?

No. If your opponent controls at least one creature and you control Erebos's Titan, and you then cast Damnation all creatures will be put into the graveyard unless they are Indestructible as you cast Damnation. The Titan won't be Indestructible when you cast Damnation so it will not be saved.

Note that it doesn't matter whether Erebos's Titan had indestructible when you cast Damnation. Rather, it matters whether it had indestructible when Damnation resolved. Damnation uses the stack just like any other spell, and its effects are applied on resolution, not on casting.

Damnation applies a "destroy" effect to all creatures simultaneously. All creatures without indestructible at that time will be put into their owner's graveyards simultaneously as well. You don't get to order the application of the destruction effect and then recheck to see whether it could still do anything.

All of this means that if your opponent controls any creatures at the time Damnation resolves, Erebos's Titan will not have indestructible and will be destroyed.
