Creatures that come into play after the ability is activated.

1- My first question is simple, I have Akroan Crusader and Anax and Cymede on field, then I cast the Launch the Fleet , giving to my creatures one bonus +1 +1. The phrase says until end of turn, When the creatures tokens from Launch the Fleet entered the field they earned the +1 +1 bonus?

2- In the texts 'Numbers attacking creatures' or 'creatures you control' always include themselves too? cards like Akroan Hoplite or Anax and Cymede

  1. When the heroic trigger from Anax and Cymede resolves all creatures on the battlefield at that time get the bonus. If a creature enters later it doesn't get the bonus.

  2. When a card references the number of onjects in a zone and that card is in that zone then it will count itself. So Akroan Crusader would get a bonus for itself. Also if Anax and Cymede is (are?) still on the battlefield when it's heroic trigger then it will get the bonus.

for your first question, no they do not, because the spell is already played.

for your second question, yes they do
