If Parallax Wave becomes a creature and has already used its ability to exile several creatures and then exiles itself do all creatures return simultaneously or do they return based on last exiled, and if Parallax Wave reenters the battlefield is it treated as a new card, i.e. it still keeps the same cards exiled or the cards that were previously exiled are no longer considered exiled by it once it reenters the battlefield.

The LTB ability doesn't define an order in which the exiled cards reenter the battlefield, so they reenter simultaneously.

Whenever an object changes zones, it becomes a new object with no memory of or relation to its previous iterations in any zone. When Parallax Wave reenters the battlefield, it will be a new Parallax Wave with five fade counters on it and no cards exiled under it.
