Council of the Absolute spell

Must I name a spell for ability of council of the absolute or can i name like Bestow for example?

Council of the Absolute

The ability means exactly what it says. It tells you to name a card other than a creature or land card, so you have to name a noncreature, nonland card.

Abilities are not cards.

Just to further that, you also can't name a specific bestow card, as (at least currently) all bestow cards are Enchantment Creatures, and count as creatures while in your (or your opponent's) hand.
