Copying a card that makes it so I shuffle my graveyard into my library?

If I copied a card like Psychic Spiral would the original get shuffled into my library? Or would the copy go off before the original entered my graveyard?

If you are copying the spell on the stack with an effect like Echo Mage or Wild Ricochet then the copy is made while the spell is still on the stack, before it resolves, and the copy will resolve first. The original Psychic Spiral will still be on the stack, not in your graveyard, and will not be shuffled in.
