Combat Phase + ETB effects + Haste ='s?

Swift Warkite on the field, Dash in Flamerush Rider, Declare attack, copying Warkite, ETB triggers grabbing a Mardu Strike Leader from GY to Battlefield he gains haste. Now... Am I still in the Declaring attackers stage or does allowing the trigger to resolve end that step making me unable to swing with Strike leader as well?

Well you couldn't even get this scenario as Swift Warkite's ability is an ETB, and Flamerush Rider doesn't enter the battlefield as Swift Warkite just copies it when it attacks.

Flame rush copies Warkite, not the other way around as Flamerush's CMC is too high for Warkite to target.

Declaring attackers is a turned-based action which doesn't use the stack. Once you've declared attackers, the triggered ability of Flamerush Rider goes on the stack. When it resolves, you make a tapped and attacking copy of Swift Warkite, which will trigger it's ETB, letting you put your Mardu Strike Leader onto the battlefield. However you're -well- past the actual "declaration of attackers" step of the combat phase and even with haste, your strike leader will not get to attack, and not get to make his little buddy.

Declaring attackers is a turn-based action performed at the very beginning of the declare attackers step, and it's all done as a single action. In your example you've already finished declaring attackers by the time Mardu Strike Leader enters the battlefield. The Strike Leader can't be declared as an attacker.

Thanks for clearing that up.

You're misreading the question.

Flamerush Rider and Swift Warkite attack. Flamerush Rider's ability triggers and you target Swift Warkite.

When the ability resolves, you pay and get a token of Swift Warkite, and that token's ETB ability triggers. The ETB ability will resolve and grab Mardu Strike Leader.

However, all attackers must be declared at once as a turn-based action. Only after that action do abilities go onto the stack. It will be too late to add attackers.
