Color-hack Grand Arbiter Augustin IV

If I use Glamerdye to change the word "white" in the text of Grand Arbiter Augustin IV to "blue", GAAIV now has two instances of "Blue spells you cast cost less to play." Do my blue spells cost less, or is the ability redundant?

Your blue spells cost 2 generic less.
