Chancellor Of The Spires resolves, target rite of replication, when rites resolves, the token can target rites again?

i mean, i cast Chancellor of the Spires when it resolves i target a Rite of Replication on my oponent graveyard targetting my Chancellor of the Spires, when rites of replication resolves, it's in the graveyar and its valid target for the copy of my Chancellor of the Spires?? so then y can put any numbers of copy // tokens?s of tokens?

Yes, that works as you describe. The Rite of Replication will be in its owners graveyard again by the time Chancellor of the Spires' trigger goes on the stack, which is when targets are chosen.
