if I activate Rally the Ancestors bringing back Champion of the Parish and 4 other humans at once, does his effect trigger at all since it's all at once or will he gain the 4 counters?

Because they all enter at the same time as part of the resolution of Rally the Ancestors, Champion of the Parish will see the other 4 Human cards enter the battlefield, triggering his ability 4 times. He will get the 4 counters.
