Burnished Hart with Skullclamp

If you activate Burnished Hart’s ability and it’s equipped with a Skullclamp, do you search for two basics first or do you draw two cards first?

You will draw first. When you activate Burnished Hart's ability you sacrifice it when you pay the costs for the ability. Skullclamp will trigger at this time, but will wait to go on the stack until immediately before a player receives priority. The Hart ability will go on the stack, and then the controller will receive priority. The Skullclamp trigger will go on the stack at this point. Objects on the stack resolve first in-last out so the draw will happen first.
