Card combo is it working ?

guys i have a simple question :)Selective Memory can target just you, but if i use cards like Psychic Rebuttal or Swerve cards like that is possible to reverse ? THANKS ;)

nope sadly not. if the wording would be "search target players library" then yes, but you is always you

XD IF wizards had created this card like "target library" it was banned from all game mode LOL.
