Can you cast Zahid, Djinn of the Lamp using only Composite Golem?

Specifically, can you both tap an artifact to satisfy Zahid, Djinn of the Lamp's "tap an untapped artifact you control" and also sacrifice that same artifact for the 4 mana needed?

Similarly, could you do it with three lands and a gold token from King Macar, the Gold-Cursed?

No. Mana abilities have to be activated before paying costs when casting spells and activating abilities. As the Composite Golem/Gold Token will not be there to tap after activating the mana abilities, you will not be able to tap them to pay the cost of Zahid, Djinn of the Lamp.
