Can you bounce a spell in exile?

If I have a Chandra, Torch of Defiance and use her first +1 to exile a card and cast it and my opponent uses a Venser, Shaper Savant to bounce the spell back to my hand, what happens? Does the spell that was exiled go to my hand now or is it gone since it was cast from exile?

It goes to your hand. Once you cast the card it is no longer in exile, it is on the stack. If the spell is subsequently bounced it goes to your hand.
