I don't believe so but can Wort, Boggart Auntie and Wort, the Raidmother , being on the battlefield at the same time?

Yes, the "legendary rule is:

704.5kIf a player controls two or more legendary permanents with the same name, that player chooses one of them and the rest are put into their owners graveyards.

Wort, Boggart Auntie and Wort, the Raidmother don't have the same card name. This can be a bit confusing since they are the same lore character, but what is cared about is the exact English name of the card not the character it represents.

For creatures, the legendary rule only takes effect if the two have the exact same name. If this is the case, state-based actions would force you to sacrifice one of them. However, if they have different names, as in your case, it is perfectly legal to have both in play.

Note that this is different for planeswalkers. Planeswalkers with the same subtype (for example, Jace, the Mind Sculptor + Jace, Architect of Thought or Liliana of the Veil + Liliana Vess ) will force you to sacrifice one of them when state-based actions are checked.

Yeah, I think I was wondering because of how it is with planes walkers. Haha. Good to know.

As a side note you don't sacrifice anything for the Legend Rule or the Planeswalker Uniqueness Rule. They simply go to the graveyard as a state-based action.
