Can Riku of Two Reflections copy a spell that was cast from your library using Melek, Izzet Paragon?

Riku of Two Reflections and Melek, Izzet Paragon are on the board and an instant spell is visible on the top of my library. I cast that instant spell using Melek's ability, can I use Riku's copying ability at that time?

Yes. Riku's ability doesn't say it cares about what zone the spell was cast from, so that means it will work for an instant/sorcery cast from any zone.
