Can Reroute and Pain's Reward combo?

If I end up with the highest life bid using Pain's Reward, can Reroute be used to force my bid onto my opponent?

No, not at all.

First, Pain's Reward doesn't target, so you won't be able to change any targets. Then, Reroute targets and activated ability, which Pain's Reward's effect is not. Last but not least, once Pain's Reward has started to resolve, no spells can be cast and no abilities will be put on the stack, so you wouldn't be able to cast Reroute after bidding has occured.
