Can Plainswalkers become indestructible?

Can a plainswalker be the target of an effect like that of Aegis Angel?

Yes, but it won't do what you want. An indestructible plainswalker will still lose loyalty counters from damage, and will still be put in a graveyard at 0 loyalty. It will stop Hero's Downfall from working, however.

Can Vraska the Unseen kill a plainswalker with her -3 ability?

Planeswalkers are permanents and they aren't lands, so yes, Vraska the Unseen can destroy them. So can Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker, Beast Within and many more.

to make clear, the cards that were mentioned that can destroy a planeswalker, would have no effect, if that planeswalker became indestructible. Indestructable would only prevent a planeswalker from being destroyed by "destroy effects" of spells or permanents.
