Can Past in Flames flashback Lotus Bloom?

When I cast Past in Flames I can play Lotus Bloom from my cemetery because the flashback cost would be 0 ... right?

No, Because lotus bloom is an artifact, Not an Instant/sorcery

No you cannot. Lotus Bloom has a mana cost of nothing. You cannot pay nothing. Even though nothing has a converted mana cost of 0 they are not the same thing. This is why you cannot cast Ancestral Vision with Snapcaster Mage, but you could off of Goblin Dark-Dwellers.
